Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA)

The Promotion of Access to Information Act (Act 2 of 2000) is a South African law that gives individuals the right to access information held by public and private bodies. This act aims to promote transparency and accountability in government and private sector operations.

At ELECTRO SOL, we are committed to complying with the provisions of the PAIA. We recognize the importance of providing access to information that is necessary for the exercise or protection of any rights.

Access to Information

Individuals may request access to information held by us that is necessary for the exercise or protection of any rights. Requests for access to information must be made in writing and should be directed to our designated Information Officer.
